Shannon Stoffey

Ms. Stoffey is a Senior Associate Attorney with Alexander Harris LLC and has worked with Mr. Harris since 2013.  Before that, she was an Associate with another Chicago Tax Resolution firm, and has practiced in Tax Resolution exclusively since graduating law school at Chicago-Kent College of Law.  She spent a year at the Chicago-Kent Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and also volunteered as a Tax Representative at the Center of Economic Progress in Chicago.  She also worked two seasons as a tax preparer.  Her undergraduate education was at the University of Illinois, where she achieved a double major in Psychology and English.

Outside the firm, Ms. Stoffey enjoys spending time with her husband, their two young children and the rest of Ms. Stoffey’s large family.
